Short answer: Use the contact page. For a problem, say which tool, which browser and what you did, or paste the details from Copy details for support when a tool shows an error.

Reporting a problem

Write to us from the contact page. Support is free. A report we can act on straight away says:

  • which tool β€” its name or the page address;
  • which browser and device β€” for example Chrome on Windows, or Safari on an iPhone;
  • what you did and what happened instead of what you expected;
  • the file, described β€” its type and roughly its size. Please do not send the file itself unless we ask.

If the tool showed an error, press Copy details for support on the message and paste the result into yours. It contains the tool, the site version, your browser and the error β€” never your file or what you typed.

Before writing, the answer may already be here: the browser guide and what the error message means cover the most common reports.

Asking for a tool or a feature

Use the same contact page. Describe the job you are trying to do rather than only naming a tool β€” “turn a folder of photos into one PDF with a page each” tells us more than “PDF tool”. Every request is read and considered for future releases.

Saying a tool helped

If a tool saved you time, the Share Your Feedback page is the place. Every submission is read before anything appears on the site.
