Mark what to keep, not what to cut

There is no delete function in the ویڈیو سے حصے کاٹیں — every section marked is kept, and anything left unmarked is simply not in the result. Removing a middle part of a recording means marking two sections instead of one: everything up to where the unwanted part begins, and everything from where it ends. It produces the same outcome as a “remove” button would, and it is easier to verify before committing to the encode, since what you see marked is exactly what you get back.

Order is the list, not the timeline

Sections join in the order they appear in the list rather than the order they occur in the source video, and that list can be reordered with the arrows after marking. A moment from late in the recording can lead the finished clip if that is the stronger opening — genuinely useful, since the first few seconds usually decide whether a short clip gets watched at all.

Why the result is one continuous file, not several stitched together

The marked sections are re-encoded into a single file rather than joined as separate pieces, so the timestamps run continuously from start to end. A file whose internal sections each restarted their own timeline would confuse players and uploaders alike, which is the reason this is built as one continuous encode instead of a concatenation of parts.

Marking from the paused preview beats typing a timecode

Pausing the video where a section should begin or end and pressing the mark control records that exact moment, which is more reliable than guessing at a number and typing it in. A control to jump back to any existing mark makes it easy to check a cut is right before running the encode rather than after.

Leave a little air around each cut

A section that starts exactly on a word and ends exactly on the next one tends to sound clipped rather than deliberate. Marking half a second of quiet on either side of the material actually wanted makes a join read as an intentional cut rather than as material running out mid-sentence.

Sections, the trimmer, and the merger are three different jobs

The trimmer keeps a single range from one video, which is simpler when only one part is needed. This tool keeps several ranges from a single file and joins them. The merger, by contrast, joins separate files rather than parts of the same one — reach for it to place an intro alongside a main video, and reach for this one to pull three moments out of a single recording.

Crawling and indexing are different things, and confusing them is how a page gets stuck in search for ever. The four directives, the four rules, and why crawl budget is probably not your problem.
